  • Obese or overweight patients will need 25-30kcal per kg of their adjusted body weight.

Along with all of it, RDA also states to consume multivitamins, minerals, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Zinc consisting of food items.

2. Second Meal of the Day (Between 11 AM-12 PM)

3. Lunch Time (At 2 PM)

4. Fourth Meal of the Day ( Between 4 PM-5 PM)

5. Evening Snacking (At 7 PM)
